MEET ME IN HEAVEN

Heaven is my home; I am just here trying to help others join me there when this life is over! Once we have accepted Christ as our Savior and Lord we move from this world to heaven! We no longer have an earthly mind, but we get a heavenly mind, looking to God for our direction in life. It is like you move to a country you are not a citizen of that country; your citizenship is in your home country. When we become a child of God our citizenship is no longer here, but it is in heaven.

Philippians 3:20-21 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

Jesus said in John’s writing that He has a mansion for us in God’s house. Jesus said He went to heaven to prepare a place for you! Then He added if I prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; He said where I am you may be also! This is such a wonderful promise from Jesus.

John 14:2-3 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

When we stand on this promise, we fully believe what Jesus said, and we wait for that place in heaven that Jesus is preparing for us. When our body dies our soul and spirit go to heaven. This is why we say eternal life. The body may die, but the soul and spirit do not. If Jesus is our Lord and Savior, we go to heaven when we die.

Hebrews 11:14-16 For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland.  And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.

This next scripture explains we get a new body when we enter heaven. It will be an eternal body in heaven. No more sickness, handicaps or missing parts! All will be restored better than ever!

2 Corinthians 5:1 For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Heaven is REAL and you can go there with Jesus when you die. All you must do to be able to go to heaven is accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, confess your sins and follow Jesus for the rest of your life. This involves LOVE! Love keeps us doing the things God said in His HOLY WORD to do. There must be a change in your life once you accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, you make a covenant with God.

Luke 22:20 And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, "This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.

Accept Jesus as your Savior and Lord and meet me in heaven one day! Amen

THE MESSAGE OF SALVATION IS FOR ALL

Romans 10:9-10 ESV because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

I pray everyone who reads this will seek to know God in the deep and wonderful way of Salvation, all who will accept Jesus as their Savior will receive Salvation and your name will be in the BOOK OF LIFE. Remember that accepting Jesus as Savior means repentance and change in your life!
